Shearwater Marine Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Support Services Manager to lead our HR and Business Support teams. This pivotal role will oversee the delivery of high-quality HR operations, governance, compliance, and organisational support across the business.
We are looking for a confident, professional leader who brings strong expertise in employment law or HR practice, coupled with the ability to provide trusted advice, manage complex casework, and drive continuous improvement within our support functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing people, enhancing organisational capability, and shaping effective business support services.
· CIPD Level 7 qualification or a legal qualification/background.
· Significant senior-level experience in HR, legal services,or business support.
· A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach, with the ability to influence and support colleagues across the organisation.
